About me
Who am I and what drives me
AD(H)D & Autism Coach SBAP
Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF
I am married and live with my husband and our three children in the beautiful Ägeri valley. After graduating as a qualified nurse HF and completing further specialist training, I worked in acute and rehabilitation care for over 10 years. I like to spend my free time outdoors in nature or with an exciting book.
Through personal experiences with AD(H)D and autism, I have dealt intensively with the topic of neurodiversity in recent years and have acquired a sound knowledge through further training, specialist literature and, last but not least, practical experience.
In many discussions with neurodivergent people and their environment, professionals and public authorities, I realized how much uncertainty, ignorance or even false information exists in connection with AD(H)D and autism. This led me to train as an AD(H)D and autism coach.
In my consultations and coaching sessions, I meet you individually where you are on your neuro-diverse journey and support you in clearing or smoothing out obstacles with the aim of moving into the future with strength and optimism.
